Client Charter

The purpose of Company Services is to assist Clients to attain the forward progression of their (intended or existing) self-employment/business ownership/social enterprise in an ethical context.

My professional friends and I are committed to providing high quality, efficient Services that are relevant to your needs. When availing Qdosology Ltd Services, You can expect:

  • To be dealt with courteously and efficiently;
  • To have enquiries dealt with effectively and relevant Information provided promptly;
  • Us to do all that We reasonably can to ensure quality of Services content and facilitation in accordance with the stated Terms & Conditions of Trading:
  • That every effort will be made to ensure prompt adherence to any agreed timescales;
  • That any advice and assistance given will be impartial and be in Your best interests;
  • When appropriate referrals are made, any affiliate or associate links shall be declared;
  • Subject to operating a legitimate, ethical venture to receive equal consideration regardless of business type or nature of enquiry irrespective of ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual preference, age or disability;
  • That information provided to Us will not be divulged to anyone outside the company without clients' permission and in accordance with Data Protection Act requirements;
  • To receive a response to any complaint within five working days;
  • That Consultants' adhere to the principles and requirements of membership of the IBC and/or any other relevant professional/trade body Code of Conduct, maintaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and pursuing the highest standards of service.

In any regrettable instance Services fall below these standards, please write to me, the Managing Director, at the address below. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that all Services, Materials and Information are as up-to-date and accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee third party accuracy nor accept any responsibility for errors, omissions or for advice given in good faith. We operate a disclaimer policy and accept no liability for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, occasioned by the implementation of such advice.

Client Agreement

To maintain the quality of effective Services, You are encouraged to undertake professional courtesy in all dealings with Us, complying with relevant and reasonable requests as applicable. Your attention is drawn to the stated Terms & Conditions of Trading, however as a basic consideration, You are requested to observe and agree to the following:

Please ensure that any material fact(s) likely to affect Services provision are brought to Our attention as soon as is reasonably practicable. This includes insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy or other litigation, claim or charge against You. If You are in any doubt as to the nature of a material fact, You are obliged to disclose reasonable information to allow Us to determine accordingly. Failure to disclose a material fact may constitute a breach of Our Terms & Conditions of Trading therefore rendering any Agreement null and void.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw immediately the provision of Services deemed to be underway without liability for refunds or penalty in the event You are found to be engaged in any activity deemed to be illegal, immoral, discriminatory or unethical.
  • Confidentiality is maintained throughout and beyond the provision of Services.
  • Upon the take-up of Consultancy on a rolling basis a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) shall be implemented between You and the Company, which shall set out the nature of Your requirements and agreed remuneration for provision. The SLA shall make reference to all parties acknowledgment of and compliance with HMRC notice IR56 concerning the engaging of sub-contracted Services.
