Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policies
These policies are supplemental to Qdosology Limited's Terms & Conditions of Trading and apply to tangible and intangible (downloads) goods that are supplied by the Company and not via this website's Amazon eStore. For Amazon.co.uk Terms & Conditions including the above policies click here
Downloads:
Downloads do not incur any shipping charges. Once your payment has cleared items in the checkout basket are available for immediate download.
Delivery dates:
When you place an order, we'll estimate despatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. Despatch date estimates are shown in the order form. After placing your order, delivery date estimates will also be notified in your order confirmation e-mail.
UK carriage:
All orders placed for tangible goods outside of the Amazon eStore to UK addresses are despatched by First Class Royal Mail post, Express Delivery by carrier or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (subject to carrier restriction). Alternative carriers are used subject to your order. However if the order qualifies, discounted rates apply.
Overseas shipping:
All items shipped to non-UK addresses (including outerlying UK territories, selected isles and BFPO addresses) are despatched by Air Mail or Express Delivery by carrier. Alternative carriers are used subject to your order. We regret are unable to offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service for overseas residents. However if the order qualifies, discounted rates apply.

Currency default is Pounds Sterling (£) (GBP).
Returns Policy
30-day returns guarantee
We hope you're delighted with your purchases. Obviously there may be an occasion when you want to return something. Under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you're unhappy with your order, you can return items in their original unopened packaging (with any seals or shrink-wrap intact) within thirty days of the date you received it and we'll issue a full refund for the price you paid for it.
We can only accept the return of opened items (e.g. seal broken, used condition or packaging not in original condition) if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send items back to you received by us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
Downloads cannot be returned after purchase. If you are experiencing a downloading issue please contact us.
We are unable to exchange goods that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
If we send you a replacement for damaged, defective or incorrect goods you must return the original(s) within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item(s) to the debit/credit card used for the original order if you don't return the original(s) to us within 30 days of the date we confirmed a replacement would be issued.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery charges refunds are in accordance with your statutory rights shown below.
Statutory Rights (UK & EU citizens):
We hope you're delighted with your purchase every time you order. Obviously there may be an occasion when you want to return an item. Under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition within thirty days of the date you received the item.
By law, EU consumers also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our chargeable products except electronic download items (eg: templates).
To cancel within the seven-working-day "cooling-off period", please write to us or email us explaining why you are returning an item. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. We can accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand, but please contact us to arrange an appointment.
For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £25.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence/place of business at your cost.
NB: Once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have for additional services carried out by us.
As soon as we receive the returned goods, we'll refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any Express Delivery or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery cost of the postage charge.
