These documents have been ratified for use in the UK (subject to the statement below) and you are buying from a legitimate source. Of course if you have the time you could search around for hours to track down freebies (probably ending up with unratified versions drafted under US law which doesn't apply here and maybe a virus or trojan), which costs you way more in the end.

Go take a peek at fifty random websites and you'll do well to find more than ten of them with any T&C's on their site at all. Did you know that's actually illegal? In fact, get caught and it's a £5000 Trading Standards fine.
Moreover, the notion that one can hide behind Limited Liability is a false one. Simply put, failing to act in the best interests of your company would be interpreted as negligence, potentially giving rise to a Wrongful Trading charge. Without getting into it (I will if you want to phone and get the detail), that leaves you open to personal liability. So, forgive me for paraphrasing a great quote, but "if you think small print is expensive, try igonorance"...
